Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DevTuskers website at devtuskers.com and any DevTuskers product that links to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

The Services

DevTuskers designs, builds, and operates focused SaaS products and related experiments. Some Services are free; others may be offered on a paid plan. The specific functionality, pricing, and any additional terms for each product are described on the relevant product page.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. If a Service requires an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@devtuskers.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or to other users’ data.
• Use the Services to send spam, malware, or harmful content.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Services without our prior written agreement.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including the underlying software, design, and brand. You retain ownership of any content you upload, create, or process using the Services. We only use that content as needed to provide the Services to you.

Payments and subscriptions

Where a Service is paid, prices and billing terms are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevTuskers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts located in Sri Lanka, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Services after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
